We truly enjoyed this cheap hotel. The food was reasonably priced. The staff were really helpful and attentive. The location is comfy, walking distance from Galeria Extra Aeroporto. It was an excellent home base for enjoying the area.

The place is well priced, met all required needs. The rooms are new-fashioned and huge with large TV and large safe and iron. I just need to say thank you, would love to come back here some time.

I paid for two double rooms. At the reception they told me they were giving me a quadruple room which I accepted. When I got to the room I couldn't get in; I went down to reception 3 times and they made me go back up with the card. Finally they sent someone from maintenance who after 20 minutes managed to get the lock working only to realize that it was a room for 2 people to which they were trying to add 1 more bed. (we could only sleep 3 people). Upset, after 45 minutes of trying to get into my so-called "room of 4", I went to the front desk staff who were upset with me, making me think that I was "bothering too much". In conclusion: An excellent facility with a very bad reception staff. (The restaurant and lobby were very nice)
